Team & food — daily rating
The chef rates every branch for the day on the owner's seven points: six about the product, and the kitchen team tree. Together they are the chef's half of ادارة الفريق, worth 15 of the 100 points, so they are judged by one person who sees all three kitchens. The tree is the part that counts: six product points with no tree behind them are not a rating of team management, and are left out of that day's score rather than counted as zero.

Records
Branch mark
One mark per branch, combining every other tab. A measure that has not reported is left out of the weighting rather than counted as zero, and each card says how many of the four it is based on.
Employees
Branch team
The branch structure, editable by its manager. Add or remove posts and people, rate them, leave a note, or file a warning. Ratings, notes and warnings are a permanent record — they can be added but never edited or deleted.
Guest ratings
From the branch tablets. Each instrument is counted on its own — a face, five ticks and five stars are different measurements and are never averaged together.
Order prep times
Every order is timed — there is no daily sample. An order that is still waiting is counted as overdue, never given an invented finish time.

Export to Excel (CSV)
Opens directly in Excel. Includes every column from the original sheet plus branch and computed final score.
Backup & restore
Data is stored in the shared cloud database. You can still download a file copy of everything as an extra backup.
Danger zone
Deletes every entry for every branch, for everyone. This cannot be undone — download a backup first.

Daily checklist
From opening to closing. A point that asks for a photo is not finished without one. The tick and who made it are kept permanently; the photo itself is kept for 120 days.
Locks this tablet to the checklist: no other tab, and no signing out. To unlock, tap «غمّاس بلدي» at the top five times and enter the PIN. The PIN is stored on this tablet only — if it is forgotten, clear the app's data and set it again.

Yours to write. A point with no branch applies to all three.

Who may see what
Data permissions
Switching a row off stops the data reaching that role — the database refuses it, the app does not merely hide it. The owner is never affected by these switches and cannot be locked out.
Visible tabs
This only changes which tabs the app draws. It does NOT block the data behind them — the dashboard and records read tables shared with قضائية غماس, whose rules are deliberately left alone. Use the permissions above for anything that must actually be stopped.
Proof photos
Checklist photos are kept for 120 days, then removed. The tick, who made it and when are kept permanently — only the image goes. Run this when you want the space back; nothing happens automatically.
